As we continue to diversify our service offerings, a need has arisen for us to employ a sessional Trainer to support our client base with the delivery of effective Customer Service and Call Centre techniques and strategies. Requirements will be short term, and will be on a needs basis, so this role would appeal to someone seeking to make a gradual transition back into the workforce – perhaps a return to work parent, or someone currently working part time who is able to take on more hours from time to time?

You will be required to design course content and deliver short training programs (typically between 2 hours and 8 hours in total) for between 10-20 participants.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience in successfully designing, developing and facilitating training programs for call centre / customer service staff;
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to various styles, environments, audiences etc;
• Passion for training and supporting staff;
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (essential).
