Selection Criteria:
-Expert in web development, fluent in object oriented programming, cross browser issues, and working within a framework.
-Expert in HTML, PHP/MySQL and CSS. -Experience using jQuery, Prototype, and Javascript.
-Exposure to Cake, Joomla, and Word Press.
-Knowledge of standards such as W3C.
-General competance and ability to think for yourself.

Job Description:
I am looking for strong programmers who can handle some advanced programming work. This can vary from 10 to 30 hours a week depending on a number of factors. I am looking for programmers who are enthusiastic and have a strong work ethic. If you are keen to do some commerical programming for Aust. and overseas clients in many sectorsa and are keen to stay around for a while (at least a year) please contact me for further details.
