Lead Generator / Internal Sales
* 6 month casual position with scope for ongoing employment.
* $27.50 - $30 per hour + superannuation.
* 20 hours per week: 4 hours a day: 9am – 1pm (start & finish times negotiable).
* Location: South East Suburbs (Keysborough).
An excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced and self motivated Lead Generator/Telemarketer with a successful track record in business to business dealings, to join our client’s close knit and successful Sales Team.
A leading force in the Shelving and Storage solutions industry, our client boasts a diverse and unique product and service offering. With a successful track record in industry that spans over 50 years they understand the importance of remaining at the leading edge of storage technology. Well known within industry, their storage solutions range from the very simple to the most sophisticated, subsequently attracting a very diverse range of clients.
Reporting through to the National Sales Manager the primary focus of this position will be to make the initial introductory telephone contact with businesses, identify and speak with the relevant decision maker, and pave the way for future contact with a Sales Representative. Additional responsibilities will include;
* Research and collation of prospective customer lists;
* Collection of critical data for future usage;
* Assisting with the development of call scripts;
* Recording call outcome statistics, and;
* Assisting in the general administration area of the business during peak workload periods.
The successful candidate for this position will be an astute communicator with a proven track record in business to business Lead Generation/Telemarketing, accompanied by;
* A professional and competent telephone manner;
* A demonstrable understanding of Lead Generation practices and processes;
* A willingness to bring new ideas to the table and assist with the ongoing development of New Business Processes;
* Excellent time management and follow up skills, and;
* General computer skills.
Qualifications in Sales and Marketing will be well regarded, however are not considered essential.
