APS is a leader in the recruitment industry, providing a true and committed 24 hour, 7 days a week service both to our clients and our contractors. Currently we are seeking to increase our database of skilled career temps for some possible upcoming assignments and we need you!
We are searching for experienced administration candidates with first-rate skills and all the qualities of an office ‘all rounder’ to perform a range of office administration duties. Working both autonomously and as part of a team environment you will be required to utilize your excellent administrative skills and positive, can do approach to complete the myriad of daily office tasks that will come your way.
To be successful as an APS Office Support Casual, you will possess and be able to demonstrate from prior experience some or all of the following skills:
- Reception & Administration skills
- Intermediate MS Office Package, including Word, Excel & Power Point
- Customer Service experience
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience, with exposure in a variety of accounting packages and systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accurate & speedy Data Entry
- Attention to detail
- The ability to demonstrate initiative
Those candidates with experience in and/or exposure to administration within a warehouse environment will be considered for alternative roles, so feel free to apply.
Attitude is everything and so the successful candidate will be an honest, reliable and committed individual who must also meet the following criteria:
- Flexible and available at short notice
- Available to work between the hours of 7.00am – 6.00pm
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Must have own, reliable transport
Positions, once available will be located within the Western suburbs and will attract a pay rate between $19-25 p/hour plus superannuation.
Further information will be provided during the interview process and interview, which will take place in South Melbourne.
