Operations/ Depot Supervisor

If you can demonstrate experience managing the administrative functions of a casual and part-time workforce then this could be the role for you. Based in a depot on the CBD fringe, this Office based 12 month contract requires hands on day to day operations managing a heavy casual workforce.
To be considered for this role you must be highly self-motivated, willing to learn new processes and be able to provide evidence of the following skills:
Rostering, Staff supervision, leave arrangements and confirmation of attendance
Performance management, staffing issues, IR and workplace diversity
Daily administration and ad hoc tasks
Providing seamless customer service to senior officials – Internal and External
General site and office upkeep and OH&S management
Applicants with strong retail management and customer service backgrounds will be considered for this role, granted they can demonstrate the above skills.
As part of the selection process you must be willing to undertake police checks, and have a flexible attitude towards your working day as on occasion you may need to work outside core business hours.
