Job Description & Selection Criteria
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in all aspects of office administrative work.
- To assist the company in organising/running the day-to-day business

Office Administrative tasks include:
- Answering phones, taking messages, filing, copying, storing and organising
information on computer, banking etc.

Day-to-day business tasks include:
- Processing orders, relaying production instructions to factory, attending
to walk-in customers, communicating with clients, organising the
distributions of products etc.

- Highly organised
- Have acute attention to details, and the ability to think logically when
solving problems
- Highly resourceful
- Knowledgeable with basic computer programs
- Trust worthy
