Our client is looking for someone with good MYOB & customer service skill & experience to join the team.

You will be preparing quotes from information provided and emailing to customers with instructions. You'll be talking with customers daily and providing support throughout the office.

This role is initially casual and commencing immediately but with a real possibility for permanent appointment if you suit the role & the role suits you.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Preparing quotes in MYOB
* Data entry into a Customer database and Excel
* Accounts Receivable duties with MYOB data entry.
* Customer service via phone & email.

You'll need to have a good eye for detail, possess strong, clear communication skills (written & verbal) and be able to work closely & effectively within this very busy team. A proven track record of busy office administration & outstanding customer service essential. You'll need to be a fast learner.

100% availability & reliability essential!!

Remember, MYOB skills & recent use mandatory, you'll be great with customers over the phone and an excellent team player.
