Job Description & Selection Criteria
This position requires a shop assistant to perform general shop duties under the direction of the shop manager. The main purpose of this role is to generate sales to meet store budgets while complying with store procedures and operations.

3. Key Accountabilities
• Ensure high quality reputation through excellent customer service, sales and merchandising.
• Ensure client requests are met in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times.
• Use initiative to solve problems within the store.
• Provide feedback to Shop Manager on pricing, display and range of recycled goods and new goods.
• Promote the core values of fitted for work.

4. Key Selection Criteria
• Minimum of 1 years fashion retail experience
• Able to follow direction of Store Manager while taking the initiative to carry out daily tasks with minimum supervision
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Experience in recycled vintage style clothing sales preferred, but not essential
• Basic retail accounting
• Basic Microsoft Office, eftpos and cash register skills
• Ability to make positive changes or recommendations in the workplace
• A commitment to the values of Fitted For Work.
