Telemarketing - Appointment Setters – $25-$30 an hour + bonuses

Job Description & Selection Criteria
Don't even bother applying unless you are an experienced (minimum 1 year) cold calling star - and willing to prove it.

No selling, but you will be cold calling residential numbers offering free appointments with our property investment consultants.

Successful applicants can expect:

• Guaranteed minimum base wage of $25-$30 an hour – plus generous bonuses
• Up to 5 shifts a week, 12pm-4:30pm Monday to Friday
• Friendly work environment located in inner-city Melbourne
• Opportunities for advancement as team leaders/supervisors

Note the per hour wage above is just the bare minimum base wage. With bonuses, a star telemarketer should have no problem earning well over $40 an hour.

There are only 3 positions available, so we will only be interviewing candidates with the following attributes:

• YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM 1 YEAR) as a star performer in a call centre
•You can communicate clearly over the phone
• You have the confidence, positivity and resilience to make cold calls
• You can work a minimum of 3 afternoon shifts a week
