Desktop Publisher / Presentations Designer

* These are part-time / casual positions so hours may fluctuate according to workflow

Job description

* Working within a team of 15 to produce documents and presentations to comply with corporate branding guidelines, including charts, graphics and text
* Software used is MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio


Skills and attributes:

* High proficiency with MS Office Suite and the use of styles is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
* Able to learn fast – will be trained on in-house branding guidelines, need to be enthusiastic and motivated to learn fast
* Attention to detail - consistently high quality work expected
* Efficient and diligent worker – you must be able to work well under time pressure
* Discreet with confidential information – acting with honesty and integrity at all times
* Reliable and flexible to business needs – will be asked to cover team leave and sickness so ideally able to be available at short notice
* Excellent customer service – working onsite with client, so important to be professional in manner and attire at all times
