Selection Criteria:

Seeking a competent later year student or recent graduate with sound practical understanding of Australian business law, taxation, and HR. Experience and understanding of the statutory and reporting obligations of Incorporated Associations and PTY/LTDs will be essential.



Job Description:

Working one 8hour day per week, over the next 4-8 weeks your immediate responsibility will be to:

put in place management systems for:
- Superannuation, payroll, and workcover
- GST management
- Accounts
- Taxation, and statutory and reporting
obligations

and to manage the acquisition of:
- an appropriate insurance policy for both
UVM Inc and UVM - Sustainable Urban
Ecologies PTY/LTD
- the new UVM website

Into the future you will manage our payroll, accountancy, and financial reporting, and will also have opportunity to expand your responsibilities into co-ordinating our strategy to obtain Deductable Gift Recipient status, grantseeking, and philanthropic fundraising.
