Store / Customer Assistant
Job Description & Selection Criteria
Looking for a friendly, hardworking person with excellent communication skills to assist with store duties and customer service. This position involves permanent Saturday work (9am to 5pm) plus one other weekday shift of 8 hours (the day can be flexible).
Job Description: (example)
· Welcoming customers and assisting with basic customer service
· Assisting with stock preparation; i.e. unboxing and assembling of accessories
· Neatening, tidying and maintaining presentation of goods on display
· Answering phones / assisting customers as directed
· Other duties to assist sales staff
You:
· Are a friendly and presentable person suitable to professional environment
· Have excellent communication skills (speaking, reading & writing) and some customer experience
· Are diligent in following instructions & company procedures & carrying out tasks in set time
· Have some musical knowledge or interest (basic keyboard playing skills are useful!)
· Are reliable and can commit to regular shifts
· Live within reasonable distance of Ringwood & have your own transport
· Some training / development will be provided. Holiday work may also be available for this position.
