Locum Case Manager - Disability

McArthur, the leader of Social Welfare recruitment in Melbourne are urgently recruiting Case Managers or Social Workers with experience working with people with disabilities.

We are currently recruiting for the below positions in the eastern or south-eastern suburbs and have new jobs coming through daily.

Case Manager – Making A Difference, Early Choices and Linkages – outer eastern suburbs, 3 months part-time work for an immediate start. Days are flexible. Experience in a similar position required.

Case Manager –Full-time, working with clients with an Intellectual Disability, month by month case management work. Experience in Disability, Corrections or Child Protection strongly regarded.

Case Manager – 3 days per week. Immediate start. Role is to go for 3 – 4 months. Mixed caseload of aged and disabled clients on CACPs and Linkages packages. Need experience in aged or disability case management.

Team Leader – Client Services – Full-time locum position supporting home and personal carers. Must have a knowledge of HAAC services and experience rostering staff. Outer eastern suburbs, immediate start available, could lead to permanency for the right person.

Case Manager – South Eastern suburbs, working with adolescents with an Intellectual Disability, 5 weeks covering leave, immediate start, experience in disability case management essential.
