Job Description:
ANALYSE OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS.
PRODUCE REPORTS.
CREATE SCRIPTS/PROGRAMS TO COLLECT & MANIPULATE DATA.

Redflex is seeking a DATA ANALYST on a casual basis (up to 16 hours per week) to join the team based in South Melbourne.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

Analyse operational systems as required by maintenance contracts.

Produce reports for customers and internal use.

Create scripts/programs to collect and manipulate data from system log files to produce reports and analyses.

Perform data analysis across multiple systems to find possible trends, correlations.

Compare and match operational data with maintenance/manufacturing/external data.

Suggest operational and system improvements to management.

Qualifications:
Final year student.
Strong skills in use of Excel for data analysis and representation.

Visual Basic and ideally other scripting languages.

Main Qualities:

Strong analytical skills.

Good attention to detail.

Flexible and well organised.

Conscientious and self-motivated.

Able to work both independently and as a team member.

Capable of working with minimal direction.

Good communication skills.

Shows initiative in all work related circumstances.
