Job Description & Selection Criteria
We are looking to appoint an administrative assistant to provide assistance with administration of rooming, central admissions, Education Maintenance Allowance and general assistance within the Student Services Department. With a good background in administrative procedures the successful candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent.

General duties will include, but will not be limited to the following.

•System implementation
•Coding of student files and records
•Tracking student attendance and inputting results
•Assisting with the planning and preparation of training resources
•Attending to student queries and liaising with Education & Training staff
•General office administration duties as required
