Guest Service Agent

Holiday Inn Rooty Hill - Western Sydney’s leading “4 ½ star Holiday Inn” branded hotel is seeking to employ Guest Service Agents to provide outstanding customer services to our guests. The Hotel has 169 accommodation rooms, restaurant, bar and 6 function rooms. Holiday Inn Rooty Hill is part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group, with 3,500 properties in more than 100 countries.

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, this “all rounder” position will provide services in various different areas of the hotel such as housekeeping, portering, food and beverage and cleaning.

To be short listed for this position you must have:

• Previous experience in a guest service role in cleaning or Food & beverage capacity
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability to days, afternoons and overnight shifts; 7 days a week
• Understanding of Hotel Operations
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Flexible attitude to working a variety of tasks
• Previous experience in manual handling
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
