Casual Chef Positions - Demi and Chef de Partie

Are you passionate and proud about your food? Due to a huge boom in business, we are currently looking for casual chefs at various levels to join our bustling kitchen brigade! We are seeking professional, mature chefs who are note afraid hard work, will be committed to the role and the team, and who are seeking to challenge themselves in a 5 star environment.
We are seeking chefs at Demi and Chef de Partie level.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meet and exceed every guests expectations
- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques Brand Standard guidelines and are maintained
- continually strive for innovative and quality food and breathtaking presentation
- follow and implement health & safety regulations and HACCP
- work closely with the F&B operations team to meet food and beverage operational objectives.
- Co-operation with the stewarding team to meet the kitchen’s requirements.

To be considered for these roles, you must:
- have held previous positions within upmarket restaurants or 5 star hotels as a qualified chef
- possess a visible passion for food
- be willing to work hard and approach challenges with professionalism
- be flexible with your approach to work
