Glencore Grain is a 100% owned subsidiary of Glencore International AG and operates across all states of Australia servicing Australia's domestic market and grain exports.

Glencore Grain has nearly 50 years of experience in trading domestic and international markets. With instant access to international market pricing, combined with domestic connections to stockfeed and flour milling end-users, Glencore Grain has a great depth of understanding of how best to maximise profits for grain growers.

Reporting to the CFO, the primary goal of this role is to support the Glencore Grain Australia IT network, including the support of Citrix, Grainsmart and Microsoft products. Based in St Kilda Road, this role also supports the interstate office.

To secure the IT Support opportunity it is essential that you would have the following skills and experience in Citrix Server, Grainsmart, SQL database and networking.

Other tasks in the role will include:
- Assist with the deployment and updates of business application software packages.
- Troubleshoot all desktop / laptop / Blackberry issues and liaise with hardware vendors for repairs and support.
- Assist with other technology projects and general tasks as required.

If you want to work part-time, we need you to commit to at least 2 or 3 full days per week.
