Community Support Workers
Location: Inner West Sydney, South East Sydney and Surrounding Areas

Summary (including Skills and Experience)
This role has 3 key responsibilities:


* Provision of care services that enhance the independence of people in care. including people with disabilities, people who are aged and people with mental illness.
* Ensure that delivery and implementation of care services is to an exceptional quality standard and inline with Care1 mission and values.
* Enabling people in care to live in a safe, healthy environment which promotes independence and self confidence.


Essential Criteria:


* Drivers license, reliable vehicle, mobile phone and access to a computer.
* Certificate III or IV in Disabilities, Aged Care or Welfare or willingness to obtain.
* Available to work a flexible roster including some weekends


You will possess a reliable and honest approach to work and ability to service clients living in the community.
Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and workloads and maintain effective time management skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing staff development / training.
Ensure familiarisation and compliance with industry and company policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive attitude and solution focused approach to all aspects of work.
